• 7-day return on unused, unopened products in original packaging.
• Damaged or wrong item? Share a photo/video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it free, or refund in full.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method (or bank account for COD) within 5–7 working days of pickup/receipt.
• Opened or used medicines cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except in case of an adverse reaction reported to our doctors.
